Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we can ship all around the world. All orders are shipped from our Australian fulfilment house and so the shipping cost may be higher that you would otherwise expect. We apologise for this and to be honest we are not even covering our costs.

Can the book be signed by Gary?

All orders are sent by a fulfilment company and so orders can generally not be personalised. If however you specify the "Pickup" option then if Gary is available he will be able to sign the book for you.

Is there going to be a follow up volume?

Yes indeed! There are so many great courses in the world and Gary is keen to photograph them. The intention is to release new volumes of the book including new countries and regions. Stay tuned.
